The “mantastic” man ever, Milind Soman at 50, earned the Ironman title in Triathlon held in Zurich, Switzerland on July 19 by completing the toughest race ever! The Triathlon requires a participant to finish 3.8 km swim, 180.2 km bicycle ride and 42.2 km run in 16 hours to win the title.
The triathlon is organised by World Triathalon Corporation and includes a 3.8-km swim, 180.2-km cycle ride and 42.2-km run which has to be completed in 16 hours by participants for an Ironman title.
Milind Soman, who took part in the race for the first time, took 15 hours and 19 minutes to finish it.
7th-time champion, Ronnie Schildknect, earned his 8th title again this year at the Triathlon.
