Muharrem, a deaf man living in Istanbul, gets the best surprise of his life when on one day everyone he bumped into spoke to him in the sign language.
Samsung and the Leo Burnett ad agency together worked hard for a month, set up the cameras in Muharrem’s neighbourhood, taught everyone in the neighbourhood the sign language and gave him the best surprise ever.
The ad was created to raise awareness about Samsung’s call center for the deaf and hard-of-hearing in Turkey. This ad doesn’t only raise awareness but also helps making the world a sweeter place by breaking down communication barriers.
