We all experience a different vibe when something is not treated well. Such issues are not too small to be hidden away or ignored but what the least a set people can do is keep the issues unresolved.
At work, school or in a cafe, we are surrounded with 80% of people who belong to a different culture or ground. If you were to work with a co-worker who belonged to a different set, will you let it affect your performance?
